Shipping policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed and ship within 3-5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may be extended slightly, but we alway strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible. 

Address Verification:

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. 

If you realize there is an error, please contact us immediately at candlelite.aesthetics@gmail.com. If your order has not shipped , we will be happy to correct the address.

Once your order has shipped , we are not able to make changes and a refund will not be issued for incorrect addresses.
